She has held the senior human resources leadership role with organizations in many different industries, driving business results through extraordinary human resources processes and developing high-performing teams. Julie holds a BS in Human Resources Management from the University of Cincinnati and is certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She is a Certified Practitioner of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and a Certified Social + Emotional Intelligence Coach. She has a proven track record of success in facilitating and solving complex business challenges with senior leaders through their teams of people and processes. Julie’s strong communication and facilitation skills provide clarity. Her expertise in developing and implementing training programs has significantly impacted talent in the organizations with which she worked. Her varied experience over 20 years makes her a valuable business partner. Julie is known for her expertise in developing strategic leaders, increasing team effectiveness, facilitating strategic planning, performance management, and knowledge of exemplary human resources processes. She is passionate about developing strong leaders who will make a lasting impact on the people in the organizations they serve. She travels nationally to speak on many leadership and human resources topics and trends. Julie’s passion to elevate the human resources profession is evident by her volunteer roles leading local and state-level SHRM groups. She has served as the President of Cincy SHRM, 2018 Ohio SHRM HR Conference Chair, and Ohio SHRM as State Council Director. When Julie is not serving clients, you will find her traveling and exploring new places with her husband. She enjoys music, art, great food, and spending time with her family.
Pam brings over 25 years of Human resources experience, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development to individuals at all organizational levels. She has also worked in all facets of Human Resources, including Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits strategy, and employee engagement.
Pam held several human resources executive roles and most recently led COVID and workforce changes as a result. Led and directed cultural direction, facilitated its adoption, and set strategy for employee implementation of strategic talent development programs, including women’s executive leadership development and high-potential talent growth.
Pam is passionate about serving the nonprofit community and understands the need for Human Resource support. She has served on several community non-profit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati, and served as vice/board chair for the American Heart Association Mini and Go Red for Women ELT campaigns. She currently serves in leadership roles for Bethany House, Shiloh UMC, and Cincinnati Youth Collaborative.
Pam was also a Cincinnati Business Courier C-Suite Finalist (CHRO) and a member of Leadership Cincinnati Class 45 (Best Class Ever!).
Pam has two adult children and, in her spare time, enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and traveling with her husband.
